Made by hand, in Ahmedabad
Regal Selections began in a rented room off S.G. Highway with two karigars, a borrowed bench and a stubborn belief that hand-set jewellery does not have to cost a fortune to be worth keeping.
Twelve years later we still work with both of those karigars. The workshop is larger and the tools are better, but the method has not changed: every stone is set by hand, every clasp is soldered and tested by hand, and nothing leaves the bench until one of us has worn it for an afternoon.
That is slower than machine assembly and it produces small variations between pieces. We think that is the whole point. A machine-perfect piece looks like a product. A hand-set one looks like jewellery.

Six weeks for a bridal set
A bridal haar passes through five pairs of hands: the designer who draws it, the karigar who forms the base, the setter who places every stone in lac, the polisher, and finally the quality bench where it is weighed, measured and worn.
We will not rush that. If you need a set for November, talk to us in August — and if we cannot make your date honestly, we will tell you rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Three promises
Honest materials
We say gold-plated brass because that is what it is. You will never find a vague "premium alloy" on our listings.
A real warranty
One year on plating and craftsmanship, and we repair our own pieces indefinitely — warranty or not.
Fair to the bench
Our karigars are salaried, not paid per piece. It is why the quality is consistent.
Come and try things on
Photographs only tell you so much about weight and drop. Our Ahmedabad store carries the full collection, and consultations are free — no appointment needed unless you are bringing a bridal brief.
