1-Year Warranty

Every piece from Regal Selections carries a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and premature plating failure under normal wear.

What is covered

• Plating that wears through within a year of normal, correctly-cared-for wear.
• Clasps, hooks and posts that fail structurally.
• Stones that come loose from their settings.
• Chains that separate at a solder joint.

What is not covered

• Damage from perfume, chlorine, seawater, cosmetics or cleaning chemicals.
• Bent, crushed or snapped pieces from being dropped, sat on or stored loose.
• Normal surface scratching from daily wear.
• Pieces altered or repaired by anyone other than our workshop.
• Lost items or lost single earrings.

How to claim

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue.
2. We will assess within one working day and arrange a free pickup if it is a warranty case.
3. Repairs typically take 7–10 working days. If a piece cannot be repaired, we replace it; if it is out of production, we offer a credit note for the full value.

Out-of-warranty repairs

We repair our own pieces indefinitely, warranty or not. Beyond the first year, re-plating starts at ₹400 and restringing at ₹300 depending on the piece. Bring it into the Ahmedabad store or post it to us and we will quote before starting work.

Keep your proof

Your order confirmation email is your warranty document — there is no separate card. If you ordered as a guest, we can look the order up by email address and order number.
