Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you shop with Regal Selections, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We need these to take payment and get the parcel to you.
• Account information — if you create an account, your password is stored hashed and cannot be read by us or anyone else.
• Usage information — pages viewed and items added to your bag, kept in a session cookie so your bag survives between visits.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not store card details on our servers. When online payments go live, card data is handled entirely by our payment gateway.
• We do not email you marketing unless you opted in.

Who we share with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our courier partners (name, address, phone), our payment gateway, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to remember your bag and, if you tick "keep me signed in", a longer-lived cookie for your login. You can clear these from your browser at any time; the site will still work, but your bag will not be remembered.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Write to [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page and, where we have your consent to email you, by email.
