Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Regal Selections and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — occasionally two people reach the last one at the same moment — we will contact you and refund in full.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where a price was obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch rather than simply charging the higher amount.

Product descriptions

We photograph every piece ourselves and describe materials accurately. Our jewellery is gold-plated or rhodium-plated over brass unless explicitly stated otherwise — it is fashion and bridal jewellery, not solid gold, and is priced accordingly. Screen colour rendering varies, and handmade pieces carry natural variation.

Payment

Cash on delivery is currently available across India. Online payment by card, UPI and netbanking is being added; when it goes live it will be handled by a PCI-compliant gateway and we will never see or store your card details.

Warranty

Every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and plating failure under normal wear. See the warranty page for what is and is not covered.

Intellectual property

All photography, designs and copy on this site belong to Regal Selections. Please do not reproduce them for commercial use without asking first.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
