Shipping Information

Every order is packed and dispatched from our workshop in Ahmedabad. We use Bluedart, Delhivery and India Post depending on your PIN code, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Dispatch times

• In-stock pieces — dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Bridal sets — made to order, typically 4–6 weeks. We will confirm a date by phone after you order.
• Customised pieces — quoted individually at the time of the consultation.

Delivery estimates

• Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh — 2–4 working days
• Rest of India — 4–7 working days
• North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar — 7–10 working days

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat charge of ₹99 applies, calculated at checkout.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India at no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery agents often cannot make change. Orders above ₹25,000 may require a confirmation call before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed

Tracking sometimes stops updating for a day or two in transit; this is normal. If there is no movement for more than four working days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. If you are ordering from abroad for delivery to an Indian address, that is absolutely fine — just use an Indian phone number so the courier can reach the recipient.
